At North Scottsdale Women’s Health, our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized, and advanced care for women at every stage of life. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, our practice combines expertise in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s wellness with a supportive environment that empowers patients to take an active role in their health.
Our Approach
We are committed to offering the most up-to-date and comprehensive services in women’s healthcare. From preventive well-woman exams and education to advanced treatments for gynecological conditions, we provide individualized care designed to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Our team is highly skilled in minimally invasive surgeries, including hysterectomies, dilation and curettage, and tubal ligations, as well as effective treatments for polyps, endometriosis, pelvic pain, and menopause. For expectant mothers, we offer in-office ultrasounds, personalized prenatal care, and guidance throughout pregnancy to ensure a safe and healthy delivery.

Jennifer Simone, MD, FACOG
Dr. Jennifer Simone is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a Diplomate of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She grew up in New York, graduating High School with Honors from Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut. She then graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Nutritional Science and earned her M.D. from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn.

Dr. Simone completed her Ob/Gyn residency at The Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans where she was in private practice for eleven years. While in New Orleans she supervised medical students from Tulane University and residents from Louisiana State University. She also volunteered in medical clinics in Louisiana and traveled to Nicaragua to provide health and surgical care to underprivileged women. She has since relocated to Arizona with her family.
Experienced in the delivery of thousands of babies, today Dr. Simone’s practice is exclusive to gynecology. She focuses on common problems women face - bleeding, pain and hormonal issues. Dr. Simone constructs individual hormonal replacement therapies utilizing bioidentical hormones, including pellet therapy, and offers vaginal laser to treat vaginal dryness and overactive bladder symptoms. She also provides in office procedures including D&C, endometrial ablation and labial reduction.
Dr. Simone has particular expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic hysterectomy and myomectomy (uterine preserving removal of fibroids). She offers the Acessa procedure to treat uterine fibroids without removal. Dr. Simone is an accomplished gynecological robotic surgeon using the daVinci system and is a certified proctor for the training of other gynecological surgeons.Dr. Simone serves as the Medical Director for the Center of Excellence for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Honor Health Shea. She is also the Dyad Leader for the Women’s Service Line at Honor Health, whose goal is excellence in providing quality, innovation and compassion in woman’s care at all 6 campuses. Dr. Simone has been chosen as one of the Best Doctors in Phoenix Magazine and has spoken on television, radio and served on expert panels discussing robotic surgery. She is a member of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and Society of Robotic Surgery.
Dr. Simone has 3 wonderful children and 3 adorable dogs. She enjoys spending time with them and being outdoors. She loves to travel and is a passionate athlete who has completed numerous marathons and triathlons.
Patricia Grade, MD, FACOG
Dr. Patricia Grade is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and is a Diplomate of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. She is a native of Arizona and attended medical school at the University of Arizona in Tucson, receiving honors in Ob/Gyn, Internal Medicine and Surgery.

She completed her Ob-Gyn residency at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Grade received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Arizona and completed a Clinical Pharmacy residency at University of California San Francisco. She practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona, for seven years prior to attending medical school.
Dr. Grade regularly attends medical meetings, both local and national in her field. She is a member of The American College of Obstetric and Gynecology
Dr. Grade has been in practice as an Ob-Gyn in Scottsdale since 2001. She enjoyed the personal gratitude and privilege of caring for and delivering her obstetric patients. However, as of May 1, 2019 she has focused her practice solely on general office - based gynecology and menopause management.
Dr. Grade lives in Scottsdale with her husband, a gastroenterologist. She and her husband have one son, currently in medical school pursuing an exciting and fulfilling future similar to his parents. Dr. Grade enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and her family.
Tiffany Stadnick, MD, FACOG
Dr. Tiffany Stadnick is an accomplished Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University's Barret Honors College with a B.S. in Biology with a Concentration in Biology and Society and was granted membership to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.

She went on to attend the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, where she was awarded the CUP Leadership Award for outstanding community service and medical education to the underserved populations in Tucson, AZ. She completed her Ob-Gyn residency at Banner University Medical Center (formerly Good Samaritan Hospital) where she collaborated with some of the top leaders in the field of minimally invasive surgery. She is board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Stadnick regularly attends medical meetings both locally and nationally to expand her medical knowledge.
Dr. Stadnick enjoys providing excellent patient care to women throughout their reproductive journey.
Outside of the office Dr. Stadnick enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons.
WendE HOLT, WHNP-BC
Wende is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in women’s and gender-inclusive healthcare. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and commitment to evidence-based care that empowers individuals to feel informed, supported, and safe—especially when navigating complex or sensitive health concerns.

Wende is passionate about all women’s health but specializes in vulvovaginal and cervical conditions, hormone therapy, sexual health, gender-affirming care, contraceptive management, and inherited cancer screening. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse from Weber State University in 2001 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Arizona State University in 2010, graduating from the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program.
In addition to clinical care, Wende served as adjunct faculty at Arizona State University, where she taught and mentored doctoral-level WHNP students in the area of vulvovaginal diseases, and is a graduate of the Intensive Course in Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment through City of Hope. Her ongoing professional development includes trauma-informed care training through the Arizona Trauma Institute and is currently enrolled in the University of Michigan's Sexual Healthcare Provider Counselor Certificate Program.
Katharine Clarizio, DO, FACOG
Dr. Katharine Clarizio is a skilled and personable Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She is originally from Pawnee, Illinois, and she completed her B.S. in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She earned her master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Midwestern University. She then earned her medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University, Glendale, AZ where she received an award for the most outstanding performance in Obstetrics and Gynecology in her graduating class.

Dr. Clarizio completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Peoria, IL in 2021 and is proficient in the most up-to-date and evidence-based practices. She was recognized for her excellence in gynecological research and received both the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Award as well as the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons Excellence award in Minimally Invasive Surgery. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Dr. Clarizio resides in North Scottsdale with her cat, Stella, and chinchilla, Hercules. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, travel, hiking around the valley, and trying new things.
Darla McKamey, NP
Darla is a certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience. She obtained her nurse practitioner degree from Harbor UCLA Medical Center's Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program in 2000 and has been in clinical practice since.

She regularly attends continuing education, staying current on the latest knowledge related to women's health. Darla and her husband enjoy living in Phoenix with their dog, Pepper. They stay busy with 6 adult children and numerous grandchildren. Darla has an interest in essential oils and is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle of wellness, purpose and abundance.
Mary Meyer, NP
Mary is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with 23 years of experience in Women's Health. She is originally from Kansas, but moved to Arizona when she was a child. Mary obtained her RN from Central Arizona College and practiced in Pinal County providing care to women and teens in rural Arizona.

In 1993 she graduated with her nurse practitioner degree from Harbor UCLA Medical Center's Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program. She became certified with the National Certification Commission after graduation and has maintained her certification since. She regularly attends continuing medical education seminars and stays current on the latest knowledge related to women's health.
